RIP Chi Cheng. An incomplete drawing from a sketchbook from 2008. One of my heroes from high school… I played bass, so did he. He was Chinese, so am I. He played in my favorite band at the time and just ripped it so hard. He once had dreads, which I always wanted. I got to meet him in 2006 at the family values tour near Sac. I’m glad I got to tell him how much he inspired me when i was younger to spend all my time playing shows and making music with my homies in @byjonlynch ‘s mom’s living room.
